1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however due to the nature of our business we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the incorrect merchandise was shipped and/or the merchandise was damaged in transit. If there is a problemwith an item you've ordered from us, please contact us via email at sales@warpedtoys.com so your return can be authorized. You will need to prove damage by producing original packaging and item with said damage so that UPS may provide proper compensation. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once you have received authorization for your return, simply return it to us in new condition (i.e. not damaged, worn, washed, polishedor altered) within7 days for a prompt and courteous exchange. *Due to health restrictions clothing will NOT be accepted for return if packaging is open. Any item that is returned and has been worn or damaged, the customer will NOT receive a refund for.* Please send your package, including your return and a letter stating specifically what you would like for Warped Toys to do (i.e. For example, exchange the item for a different size, or exhange for store credit), via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to:

*You will not receive a credit for shipping or handling charges that were incurred as part of your order. If you are exchanging an item for a new size or color, new shipping and handling charges will be incurred if applicable.*

6. When ordering by check the shipment of your order may be delayed up to ten (10) business days in order for the check to clear. *Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 Returned Check Fee.*

Customers will be notified of any adjustment to availability or price via e-mail, and the order held until confirmation from the customer has been obtained for the necessary adjustment.
